🧴 Most of our formulas are made with a base of skin-loving ingredients like almond oil, mango butter, coconut oil, and kokum butter, all gentle enough for the whole family. Our ingredients are selected to nourish dry skin, soothe sensitivity, and leave you feeling silky, smooth, and refreshed.

5. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
💗 Yes! Our formulas are gentle and made with natural ingredients. If you have extremely sensitive skin or allergies, we always suggest doing a patch test first.
6. Do your fragrance sprays contain alcohol?
💨 Our sprays are skin-safe and long-lasting. We avoid harsh, drying alcohols and use carefully balanced blends for a scent that lingers without irritation.

9. How long does shipping take?
📦 Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package hits the road.
10. Do you offer local pickup?
🚗 Yes! If you’re in the Birmingham area, local pickup will be available as a checkout option when applicable.
11. Do you ship internationally?
🌍 Not at the moment, we currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re looking to expand soon!
Body Butter & Summer Shipping ☀️
12. Can I order body butter during the summer?
Yes, but with caution! 🌡️ Our whipped body butters are made from natural ingredients that can melt in high temperatures. We do our best to ship with care, but we can’t control the heat once it’s out of our hands.
13. What do you recommend for hot-weather orders?
We highly recommend local pickup or personal delivery from May to September. If you’re in or around Birmingham, this helps keep your butter fluffy and fabulous.
14. What happens if my body butter melts during shipping?
If it melts, don’t panic, it’s still perfectly usable! Just pop it in the fridge to re-solidify. However, we do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products, so please order with caution.
15. Can I still order body butter online in summer?
Yes, but it’s at your own risk. We recommend checking out our fragrance body oils, sprays, or scrubs that hold up better in warm weather.
Returns & Refunds
16. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, returns aren’t accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. But if something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
17. What if my item arrives damaged?
💔 Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll handle it quickly and get you taken care of.
