1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is sent.

2. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

3. Carriers

We use USPS and UPS based on package weight, size, and destination.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. Spiritual Splash is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned, additional shipping fees apply.

5. Summer Shipping for Body Butters

​

From April–October, body butters may melt during shipping due to heat. While we package with care, once it leaves our hands, we can't control weather conditions.

• Melted butter is still usable but may lose its whipped texture.

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for melting.

• For best results, choose local pickup or delivery if available.
