Our Store Policies

Things You Need to Know

We founded Spiritual Splash with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and location.

3. Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

4. Summer Shipping for Body Butters

  • From April to October, body butters are subject to melting or texture changes due to high temperatures during shipping.

  • We do our best to insulate and package carefully, but once the package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the whipped texture will remain intact.

  • Melted body butter is still safe and effective, but the texture may change.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted body butters. For best results, we recommend local pickup or personal delivery during warmer months.

5. Local Pickup & Delivery (Birmingham, AL Only)

  • If you’re in the Birmingham area, local pickup is available at checkout.

  • You may also reach out to arrange personal delivery depending on your location and order size.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except in the case of damage during shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement if applicable.

7. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, edit, or modify it.

  • Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Spiritual Splash is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or misuse of our products.

  • We clearly list key ingredients on our product pages and recommend a patch test prior to full use, especially for sensitive skin or those with known allergies.

  • By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you understand proper use and accept full responsibility for any reactions or outcomes.

  • We do not make medical claims. Our products are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any skin condition.
